OPENING HOURS
Tuesday to Saturday 8:30 a.m to 6:00 p.m
Sundays by prior appointment only.

ADVANCE BOOKING
We highly recommend that you book in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please allow 24 hrs notice to cancel your appointment to avoid charges.
Cancellation within 24 hrs will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellation within 12 hrs or no show will incur a 100% charge.
A credit card number is required at the time of booking.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
An ideal gift for everyone, spa gift certificates are available at Aromatics Spa. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
Each certificate is strictly valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
Gift Certificates beyond the expiry date will not be honoured.

SPA PACKAGES
Information on special spa packages or group programmes can be obtained from our reception.

SPA ETIQUETTE
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation.
Please respect all Spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity.

SPA ARRIVAL
We recommend you check in at the Spa reception at least 15 mins prior to your appointment.
Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.

HEALTH CONDITIONS
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your selection of therapies.
Please inform your therapist if you are wearing contact lenses before a facial treatment.

PREGNANCY
WE have specially designed treatments for expectant women.  Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting treatments that are most suitable for you during this time.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
We regret we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.
Please keep valuables locked during your visit.

ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES
Aromatics Spa shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries suffered by any guests.

RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF FACILITIES
The use of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited.
